Our take on the ubiquitous Pimms, but packed full of flavour like it should be. We take French and Italian bitters, add raspberry and strawberry, distilled mint, and distilled ginger, and cucumber extract, and then carbonate the whole thing till its as fizzy as can be!

This cocktail will keep for over a year, store in a cool dry place. Some settling may occur, this is natural. To serve, store in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, then ideally pop in the freezer for 15 mins to achieve coldest possible temperature. Pour with our without ice, in a glass of your choice.
