Distilled Greens, Volcan Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Soft Lime

Redistilling mixed greens, including Basil, Lovage and Tarragon, with Bell Peppers, Chilli’s, and Cucumbers gives the amazing depth to this drink.

We then make our soft lime cordial, using lime juice, sugar and lactic acid giving it a softer lime flavour, that doesn’t dominate the drink.

A touch of smoke from the Mezcal, and heat from Birds Eye Chilli’s makes for a complex and delicious Picante Margarita.
