Amongst Vivien’s 13 hectares of family vines he has a small plot of Sauvignon Blanc. He wanted to do a much more ripe and rich expression, so the grapes are harvested mature. 12 months ageing on the lees in old oak barrels makes this a much more serious expression of Sauvignon. A great accompaniment to food. Biodynamic.
